Zgrada se sastoji od jedne podzemne eta\u017ee i pet nadzemnih eta\u017ea, a obuhva\u0107a tri zasebna ulaza ozna\u010dena kao dilatacije A, B i C.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Konstruktivni sustav gra\u0111evine \u010dini prostorna armiranobetonska nosiva konstrukcija dimenzionirana sukladno tipu i rasponima potrebnim za ovu vrstu gra\u0111evine. Nosivi sustav izveden je kao dvojni sustav koji kombinira armiranobetonske zidove i okvirnu konstrukciju sa stupovima i gredama. Ovakav pristup osigurava stabilnost i sigurnost konstrukcije te optimalan raspored optere\u0107enja kroz sve eta\u017ee zgrade.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">U podrumskoj eta\u017ei, koja se prote\u017ee ispod dijela gra\u0111evine, smje\u0161tena su spremi\u0161ta za sve stambene jedinice te gara\u017ea s parkirali\u0161nim mjestima. Time je osiguran potreban pomo\u0107ni i parkirali\u0161ni prostor za stanare bez zauzimanja dodatne povr\u0161ine na terenu.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Prizemlje \u010dine ulazni prostori s pripadaju\u0107im stubi\u0161tima i dizalima te prvi stanovi. Na prvom, drugom i tre\u0107em katu nalaze se komunikacijski prostori i stambene jedinice, dok je \u010detvrti kat ne\u0161to manjeg kapaciteta.
