The building consists of two volumes interconnected by a linking corridor, thereby achieving a functional division of spaces according to their intended use.\nThe northern part of the building has a rectangular floor plan and is intended for external users \u2014 the provision of a variety of community services.\n\nThe southern part of the building has an L-shaped floor plan and is designated for the accommodation of permanent residents. This section comprises double and single rooms with en-suite bathrooms, while a dedicated wing on the uppermost floor is adapted for persons with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. For these residents, spaces for daytime rest, activities, and a communal dining room are provided.\nOn the ground floor of the southern section, administration and healthcare staff areas are located, along with utility facilities including a kitchen with restaurant and a laundry.\n\nVertical circulation throughout the entire building is provided by staircases and lifts, with full accessibility for persons with reduced mobility.
