The project envisages the comprehensive renovation of the historic four-wing two-storey building constructed between 1887 and 1891 to a design by Hermann Boll\u00e9, involving the rehabilitation and strengthening of the building structure and the execution of preparatory, civil, trade, and installation works in order to bring the building to a fully usable condition in compliance with regulations and professional standards. The building's footprint and location parameters remain unchanged, while the floor plan layout is locally modified within the existing volume to meet functional requirements: sanitary facilities are being refurbished (including facilities for persons with disabilities), new specialist rooms are being formed, two lifts are being installed to provide vertical accessibility, and an external steel evacuation staircase is being added, along with the construction of two rooftop housings and the replacement of part of the roof structure.<\/p>

As part of the intervention, energy renovation of the building is being carried out through thermal insulation of external walls (predominantly from the interior, locally from the exterior), continuous insulation of the roof structure, and replacement of existing joinery with more energy-efficient units that are identical in appearance in accordance with conservation guidelines. This improves safety, functional, and energy conditions, while the building retains its architectural values and its permanent purpose for educational workshops and general classrooms located in the existing wings of the structure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
