The energy renovation project encompasses the reconstruction of the building with an emphasis on the modernisation of technical systems and the increase of energy efficiency. The intervention includes the replacement of worn and inefficient equipment with modern solutions and the optimisation of energy consumption in the areas of electrical, mechanical, and thermotechnical systems.<\/p>

In the electrical installation, the replacement of the existing interior lighting system with high-efficiency LED luminaires is planned, with designed power supply and earthing for the new equipment. The lighting system also covers the illumination of external surfaces and the courtyard, thereby improving the safety and spatial functionality of the facility.<\/p>

The mechanical section of the project is focused on the reconstruction and modernisation of thermotechnical systems, with the aim of reducing thermal losses and improving the energy balance of the building. The installation of new indirect-type heat substations is designed, with associated changes to fittings, pipework, circulation pumps, and other equipment. The radiator system is being upgraded with the installation of thermostatic valves, ensuring more efficient room temperature control and reduced energy consumption.<\/p>

A particular segment of the project involves the introduction of solar thermal collectors for domestic hot water (DHW) preparation, along with a thermal storage tank and the decommissioning of worn electric water heaters. As part of the renovation, the replacement of electric heaters with hot-water radiator heating is also planned, including the attic space of the building, which is being connected to the existing hot-water system. This eliminates the wasteful, localised electric heating method and establishes a rational hot-water system with centralised control.<\/p>

Through the energy renovation, the building transitions to a more reliable, long-term sustainable, and technically standardised condition, with a significant reduction in electricity and thermal energy consumption and an increase in the level of safety, comfort, and working conditions within the premises of the Police Administration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
