The construction project of the 1st Gymnasium in Osijek encompasses the construction of a modern educational building with associated outdoor areas and infrastructure.<\/p>

The structure is built as a reinforced concrete construction combining load-bearing walls and columns, with foundations carried out using advanced geotechnical solutions, including jet-grouted and gravel columns to improve soil bearing capacity.<\/p>

The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, with the roof structure designed as a flat, non-accessible roof with high-performance thermal insulation. The project also includes a sports hall with spectator stands, technical rooms, and ancillary facilities.<\/p>
