The multi-residential building is designed partly as an attached structure and partly as a freestanding structure, with a simple and regular floor plan. The building consists of one underground level and five above-ground levels, and comprises three separate entrances designated as expansion joints A, B, and C.

The structural system of the building consists of a spatial reinforced concrete load-bearing structure dimensioned in accordance with the type and spans required for this type of building. The load-bearing system is executed as a dual system combining reinforced concrete walls and a frame structure with columns and beams. This approach ensures structural stability and safety, as well as optimal distribution of loads through all floors of the building.

The basement level, which extends beneath part of the building, accommodates storage units for all residential apartments and a garage with parking spaces, thereby providing the necessary ancillary and parking facilities for residents without occupying additional ground-level area.

The ground floor comprises entrance areas with associated staircases and lifts, as well as the first apartments. The first, second, and third floors contain circulation spaces and residential units, while the fourth floor is of somewhat reduced capacity. The building encompasses a total of approximately eighty apartments of various configurations, with vertical circulation provided by staircases and lifts in each of the three entrances, ensuring functional connectivity of all floors and unobstructed movement for residents.
