The construction and equipping project of Horvati Primary School represents the realisation of an entirely new educational institution, replacing the old and infrastructurally inadequate building and creating a modern, functional, and safe environment for single-shift schooling. The aim of the project is to provide quality spatial, technical, and pedagogical conditions for pupils and teachers, with a modern architectural concept and energy-efficient construction.

The building includes 17 classrooms, associated specialist rooms and dedicated spaces, two sports halls of different dimensions, a kitchen and dining hall with single-shift capacity, a library, and ancillary facilities. The structure has been designed in accordance with current seismic standards, while the installed technical systems — electrical installations, ventilation, heating, and cooling — have been implemented to energy efficiency and long-term maintenance standards.
