The school is being constructed on a newly formed building plot within a planned zone of public and social use, with levelling of the existing terrain and arrangement of access surfaces in accordance with the Detailed Urban Development Plan. The main pedestrian access is directed towards the school square, which connects to the new residential promenade, while vehicular access is provided from Stjepan Sulimanac Street, along with the formation of a shared car park and the necessary infrastructure for users, staff, and emergency service vehicles.

The area between the school and the car park is being arranged as a paved pedestrian zone, with landscape design and retention of the existing green structure wherever possible. The planned school building with sports hall is conceived as a freestanding and spatially articulated structure, while the perimeter of the plot is fenced in accordance with the traffic and safety function of the space. In the south-eastern part of the plot, an outdoor working area for lower-grade pupils is planned. The project establishes the conditions for safe access, mobility, evacuation, fire service intervention, and all other spatial prerequisites necessary for the functional operation of a modern primary school.
