STRUCTURA Consulting & Engineering d.o.o./LLC (hereinafter referred to as STRUCTURA) strives to comply with all relevant legal provisions prescribed by Croatian law and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) in its business operations. Furthermore, it takes all necessary technical and organizational measures in accordance with best practices for the protection and security of processed personal data.

The purpose and method of processing your personal data largely depend on the type of our business relationship through which we collect your personal data. In our business, we are guided by the fundamental principles of personal data protection, which means that we process data lawfully, transparently, and fairly.

When processing your personal data, we are guided by the principles of accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity. Access to your personal data is restricted solely to authorized employees of STRUCTURA and our business service provider partners.

The processing of personal data by STRUCTURA is carried out in cases where legal regulations mandate the storage of personal data.

We will keep the collected data for as long as necessary, considering the purpose or the retention period specified by applicable regulations.

As part of a regular business or contractual relationship with customers and suppliers, we primarily process data such as: first name, last name, phone number, email address, address, etc. If necessary for conducting our business activities, and unrelated to a specific contractual or business relationship, we collect data from public sources (Court Register, FINA) or data that has been legitimately disclosed to us by other contractual partners or third parties.

STRUCTURA will process personal data in accordance with all the rights of individuals prescribed by the Regulation for every person whose personal data is collected (hereinafter referred to as the data subject), and in particular:

pravo na pristup informacijama – ispitanik ima pravo od STRUCTURE na svoj zahtjev dobiti: potvrdu obrađuju li se osobni podaci koji se na njega odnose ili ne, o pravu na pristup osobnim podacima i informacijama, između ostalog, o već obrađenim osobnim podacima i svrsi obrade, razdoblju čuvanja, prenosivosti podataka trećim stranama,

Right to rectification – If the personal data of the data subject is inaccurate, the data subject has the right to have the data rectified. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, if the personal data is incomplete, the data subject has the right to have it completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

Right to be forgotten/Right to erasure – The data subject has the right to obtain from STRUCTURA the erasure of their personal data without undue delay if there is no legal basis for processing the data.

Right to restriction of processing – The data subject has the right to request that processing be restricted, with the exception of storage and certain other types of processing.

Right to data portability – The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have previously provided to STRUCTURA, in a machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from STRUCTURA, where the processing is carried out by automated means and based on the data subject's consent or on a contract between the data subject and the data controller.

Right to object to the processing of personal data – The data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, and STRUCTURA may no longer process the personal data unless STRUCTURA can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests of the data subject, or for legal claims.
