The construction project of the 1st Gymnasium in Osijek encompasses the construction of a modern educational building with associated outdoor areas and infrastructure.

The structure is built as a reinforced concrete construction combining load-bearing walls and columns, with foundations carried out using advanced geotechnical solutions, including jet-grouted and gravel columns to improve soil bearing capacity.

The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, with the roof structure designed as a flat, non-accessible roof with high-performance thermal insulation. The project also includes a sports hall with spectator stands, technical rooms, and ancillary facilities.

The entire complex has been designed in accordance with current energy efficiency standards (nZEB) and accessibility requirements, with integrated heating, cooling, and ventilation systems ensuring optimal microclimatic conditions for users.
